Cancelling or rescheduling a session

Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your session start time and there is no charge. The session stays in your pack or membership.

Inside 24 hours, or if you don't show up, the session is charged in full. If you hold a pack, one session is deducted. If you don't, you will be billed at the drop-in rate for that service.
