Ways to Train

Five ways to train. Drop in once, buy a block of sessions, train on a membership at a lower rate per session, or follow my programming from any gym in the world. Nothing here has a contract, a minimum term, or a sign-up fee.

One-on-one

From $95

My full attention for a full hour, on a plan rebuilt from what actually happened last session. This is the core of what I do — strength, mobility, fat loss, general fitness, sport, or staying capable and independent as you get older.

Single session $95 $95.00 / session
4-session pack $370 $92.50 / session
8-session pack $722 $90.25 / session
Membership — once a week $323/mo $80.75 / session
Membership — twice a week $616/mo $77.00 / session
Membership — three times a week $888/mo $74.00 / session

Training off-site every week? There are off-site versions of all three memberships with travel built in and no per-session fee — $405, $780 and $1,134.

With a partner

From $75 per person

Train alongside a friend, spouse or workout partner. You get the same individual programming as a 1-on-1 session — you're sharing the hour, not the coaching. Rates are per person, and both of you book.

Single session $75 $75.00 / session
8-session pack $560 $70.00 / session
Membership — once a week $270/mo $67.50 / session
Membership — twice a week $520/mo $65.00 / session
Membership — three times a week $720/mo $60.00 / session

Off-site versions of all three exist too, priced per person on the basis that you're splitting one trip — $311, $602 and $843, travel included.

Group classes

From $25

A structured session with a small group — the energy and accountability of training with other people, capped at eight so I can still correct everyone's lifts. Tuesday and Thursday, 5–6pm, at the Fairfield studio.

Drop-in class $25 $25.00 / class
10-class pack $200 $20.00 / class
Unlimited membership $225/mo

Coaching online

From $240 / month

A program built around your numbers and your goals, adjusted as you go, wherever you train. The tiers differ by who does the adjusting — not by how much coaching you get. I'll tell you which one fits: if you're new to lifting or coming back from a layoff, start weekly and step down when you're ready.

Weekly — I adjust your training as it happens $100/wk $433 / month
Bi-weekly — you run the plan, I course-correct twice a month $70/wk $303 / month
Monthly — you execute a block I built, we reset it together $240/mo $240 / month

On the monthly tier you get one scheduled check-in and a video form review each month, messages answered within 48 hours, and a block that runs as written until we reset it at the boundary.

Hybrid — in person and online

From $401 / month

For when you can't make it out every week but still want hands-on coaching for the lifts that need eyes on them. Custom programming between sessions, in-person work when it counts.

Weekly in-person + programming $550/mo
2× a month + weekly check-in $515/mo
2× a month + bi-weekly check-in $401/mo

BW Training Club

$50 / month

Open it, see today's workout, type one number. That's the whole app.

Three workouts a week, rewritten every month. Workout 1 runs Monday and Tuesday, Workout 2 Wednesday, Workout 3 Thursday and Friday — pick the days that fit and you never have to wonder what you're doing.

Three things you see on every exercise:

  • What you lifted last time, sitting right under the movement. No notebook, no scrolling back to remember where you left off.
  • A demo video — what it should look like, before you do it.
  • Brady tips — my notes on position and what to watch for, the things I'd say if I were standing next to you.

One thing it asks of you: the weight you used. One number per exercise — no set-by-set tapping, no timers, no forms. That number is what builds your history, so next month it's the app telling you where you left off instead of you trying to remember.

Works in any gym. No contract. The rate you join at is the rate you keep.

Add-ons

Off-site training — Focus Fitness Lab $25 per appointment
Off-site training — your own space Let's talk depends how far out
Analytics dashboard — for pack, drop-in and group class clients $15/mo

The off-site fee is one fee for the appointment, not per person — train with a partner and you split it. Off-site memberships build the travel into the monthly rate instead, with no per-session fee at all. The analytics dashboard is included free with every 1-on-1, semi-private and online membership, and BW Training Club is included free with a Group Class Unlimited membership.

Memberships are a monthly pool, not a weekly quota — twice a week means eight sessions in your month, used whenever suits you. They roll over within your billing month but don't carry into the next one. Session packs are valid six months from purchase. Cancel a membership any time; it runs to the end of the period you've already paid for. Sessions need 24 hours' notice to cancel. How it works covers all of it in detail.
