For when you can't come in every week, but still want hands-on coaching for the lifts that need a coach watching. $515 a month.
Hybrid is the middle ground between training with me in person and training on your own with a program. You come in twice a month for the work that's hard to judge from a video — heavy lifts, a movement that keeps going wrong, anything new — and the rest of the month you run a plan built around the equipment you actually have.
What you get, every month
| 2 in-person sessions a monthFull hour each, scheduled whenever suits you — not a fixed date | — |
| A weekly online check-inI look at what you logged and adjust the plan | — |
| A custom training plan for your other daysBuilt around the equipment you have, wherever you train | — |
| WhatsApp accessQuestions and form-check videos between check-ins | — |
| Your analytics dashboardIncluded, no add-on fee | Included |
| Total | $515/mo |
Billed monthly, renews automatically, cancel any time. No contract, no minimum term.
Who it suits
- You live far enough out that a weekly drive isn't realistic.
- Your schedule won't hold a standing weekly slot, but you still want eyes on your lifting.
- You already train on your own and want the programming and the coaching, not the supervision.
- You're coming off 1-on-1 training and want to keep the thread without the weekly cost.
Where the in-person sessions happen
At The Fairfield Studio — see the equipment list. If you need those sessions at Focus Fitness Lab or somewhere else instead, ask me before you sign up and we'll sort the arrangement out first.
How it compares
- Cheaper and lighter: online coaching from $240 a month — the same programming and check-ins, without the in-person hours.
- More in-person: a 1-on-1 membership from $323 a month — four sessions a month and up, with the dashboard included.
How to start
Sign up on the product page, then go to Book a Session and type the same email you paid with to schedule your in-person hours. I'll be in touch about your plan and the WhatsApp thread straight away.
