Everything below lives in one room, and for your hour none of it is shared with anyone but you and me. No gym floor to work around, no queue for a rack, nobody resting on the bench you need.
What's in it
- Two racks with pull-up and TRX attachments
- Rogue Ohio stainless barbell, plus additional bars and an EZ curl bar
- Over 600 lb of plates — more than anyone here has needed
- Dumbbells 5–75 lb, and Fatbells from 9 lb to 124 lb
- Cable tower — lat pulldown, cable crossover, low row
- Two adjustable benches
- Kettlebells and medicine balls, 5–30 lb
- A full array of resistance bands
- Keiser M3 indoor bike
- Gymnastic mat, balance pads, step-up box, ab mats
For reference, a typical commercial gym's dumbbells stop at 100 lb and its racks are shared with the whole membership. If you're a strong lifter, you will not run out of load here, and you will never queue for a bar.
Fairfield is further out than the middle of town. That's the trade, and I'd rather you hear it from me than find it on a map. What the drive buys is a room with no commercial gym floor in it, no queue for the bar, and nobody working in on your rack.
What I don't have
No treadmills, ellipticals or rowers — one bike. No leg press, leg extension or leg curl machines. No showers or locker rooms.
If what you want is a machine circuit, a bank of cardio equipment and a shower afterwards, a commercial gym is genuinely the better choice and I'll tell you so. If what you want is an hour of real coaching in a room where nothing is occupied and nobody is waiting behind you, that's what this is.

Your location
In and around Lexington · let's talk about the fee
If you have a space of your own, I can come to you. What the trip costs depends on how far out you are, so tell me where you are and we'll agree it before you book.
The Focus Fitness Lab fee covers the drive, vehicle cost, that facility's own charge, and the session I can't book while I'm on the road. It's one fee per appointment rather than per person — train with a partner and you split it. Off-site memberships are the other way to handle it: travel is built into the monthly rate, so there's no per-session fee at all.
